Shipping & Delivery
- All orders will be processed & delivered within 3-7working days. Please do take note, orders fulfilment and processing does not apply on weekends.
- For self-collection, kindly wait for an email confirmation and contact us to arrange self-collection.
- We do not offer any exchange for all customised products, except for the following:
- Misspelling of name customisation request,
- Wrong product or colour, or
- Defective/damaged product.
- In the event of the above circumstances, we will provide free shipping to your doorstep.
- All exchange requests must be done within 7 days upon receipt.
- We do not offer refunds or cancellation for all customised products or shipped out orders.
- For orders that have been fulfilled (customised and ready) but have not been shipped out, we will only refund 50% of the total order amount.
- For orders that have not been fulfilled, we will refund 100% of the total order amount.
- All refunds will be done through the same payment method, i.e. if you have made purchase via credit card, we will process the refund to the same credit card that was used to make payment.
- We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected at all times.
- We do not store customers financial information (credit or debit card details).
- We do not sell or distribute your personal information to Third Parties.
- Shipping and billing addresses obtained are only for delivery/shipping purposes. It is not collated for any other purposes.
