1. Where is your physical store?
We do not have any physical store at the moment. But occasionally, we do have pop-up booths! Follow us on instagram @sweetfavoursg for updates!
2. What are your refunds/exchanges policy?
There are no exchange or refunds policy for all handcrafted products. However, if you are facing any issues with the products, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will definitely rectify it for you immediately.
3. What are your delivery methods?
We offer doorstep delivery a flat fee of S$6.50 (local delivery only).
